It is with regret that Citrus Creative Thinking Limited has removed its website from the Internet. As a creative marketing agency we are all too aware that a website is a vital front window in the online world and an essential marketing tool. However, we have recently been subject to legal action from a similar branded company called Citrus. The action was taken by them to enforce their trademark and, as a result, we have been forced into changing the name and domain for Citrus Creative Thinking Limited. The other company does hold a trademark for the use of the text term 'citrus' and is upholding and enforcing this trademark. Clearly there’s not room in the market for two lemons! Despite there being a zesty plethora of citrusy businesses in the creative sector all operating with a twist on ‘citrus’, it would appear that Citrus Creative Thinking Limited has been the only company facing the squeeze.

We will endeavour to keep all our clients and suppliers happy whilst we change over to new branding in accordance with the requirements laid out by legal firm Hansel Henson, acting on behalf of Citrus.
